The use of a very personal painting technique, achieved through acrylic colours on canvas, together with a precise perspective drawing, turns faraway horizons into living moments that are seized by the surrounding space. The scenic deepness of the work, glides into shades towards the focal centre with glazings of colour inspired by the Renaissance painting. In the foregrounds, architecture is the prevailing mode of these fanciful and at times real compositions in some structural elements with loggias, oblique arches and deliberately distorted columns. Typical is the presence of the human figure that establishes the proportion of the whole and becomes the essential point to read the scene, where the anatomy - on purpose surrealist - and the study of any single muscle, contribute to describe all the potential beauty of the Creation.
